I've been stuck at part 3 of the game (investigation). The whole thing was going fine till I had to go to the wright and anything agency, and even just didn't appear. I went through a youtube guide and the walkthrough and couldn't figure my mistake. I can provide the code or whatever if you need, which I assume you do, so just ask if you need that.
I was getting thrown by this too - are you examining the right tire tracks? I did the investigation a bit in a different order, cross-checking the walkthrough, and was ending up examining the tracks in "Ravenview Forest" rather than "Forest Path" (where Gumshoe is).
Yup, I examined the right ones. Maybe if this helps I downloaded this from https://phoenixwrightaceattorney.weebly.com/fan-games.html, so maybe the version I haves broken, but idk. I've gone back and retraced my steps too and nothings happened. I'm thinking just loading to the start of the investigation and going through it again.
Holy cow, this was fantastic. Some of those game-over gotchas were a little rude, and a couple early deductions were- while logically sound- kinda crazyshoes with how you were supposed to get there by presenting evidence (glad for the walkthrough file there), but otherwise it all felt *so* good. The intercuts between Victoria's segments and the trial in the finale, with that music playing- unbelievably hype. "Of course... I forgive you. C'mere... let me show you my forgiveness." had me grinning from ear to ear.
(The thing that really made me twig to the culprit had to be... (rot13)

As of now(22nd of November, 2023), on the first trial day (ingame June 8), the second contradiction of the first testimony that should lead you to further progress, instead leads to penalty. (Facts of the Case -> Press Statement 1 -> "Yes" -> Statement 1-1 added -> Present the clue according to walkthrough -> Present another one -> Statement 1-1 changed -> Present the clue according to walkthrough -> penalty apparently?)
Hi, I’ve actually already played this before but I wanted to let you know that even close to a year later I still think about this case a lot. I really loved the intricate story and even became attached to the original characters, to the point of like laughing out loud or getting genuinely frustrated with a certain character’s screw-ups. It’s obvious you have a deep appreciation for both the genre and the source material, and it’s so much fun seeing your own spin on both!
Anyways, after finishing El Dorado I just had to check out your other stuff and now I’m definitely a fan! Thank you so much for all your work, I’m very eager to see what you have in store for the future :)

Should mention a thing that I suppose is a bug(?)

Don't know if it is a Me problem, but it exists.
It's actually a fault of the walkthrough.
It's been years, but looking at the code suggests the missing step is pressing the last statement before presenting.
Yeah, that works. Thanks for the response. Cheers!

I don't know if you know, but wouldn't hurt I guess.
