This was incredible! The worldbuilding was absolutely top-notch , I was blown away by the detail and the imagery of it all!! I loved the personification of bits of it like the mirror screaming and the trees trying to hold onto you, and the darkness was so polite <3
God I'm so intrigued as to how all of it works, like who/what is Neptune and where did he come from?? Is he the one making rifts? And god his design was awesome, just the mental image of a colossal figure made of mashed together metal with a planet for a head, that you /climb/ is just awesome.
The language for the Watchmaker was really cool too! Did it actually mean anything or was it complete gibberish?? Aa just everything about this was so cool, the concepts themselves of the desert and diving into the rifts with spacesuits and playing tapes and all that stuff was all super imaginative!!
I also enjoyed that there were multiple ends! I initially got stuck in it and went to reply to see missed dialogue, and was stoked to see I made it out that time! Are there just the 2 endings or more? Also was it talking to the Watchmaker or Neptune that sealed our fate? Did the Watchmaker corrupt our connection or did seeing our future via Neptune sort of become a self-fulfilling prophecy kinda thing??
Aaaaa I have so many questions!! But I need to end this here or it'll go on forever lol. To sum up: this was AMAZING :D
